This policy covers all orders placed at pickleball.sola-spin.com and on our jewelry line, Jelly Juin (jellyjuin.sola-spin.com).

Shipping

Every order can be picked up free in Toronto (we arrange a time and place by text or email), or shipped anywhere in Canada. Shipping is calculated live at checkout using the cheapest available carrier rate. Paddle pre-orders arrive in 2 to 14 days; Court Essentials and Jelly Juin pieces ship within about 14 days of confirmed payment.

As a guide, shipping within the ten provinces usually falls between $7 and $23 depending on distance and order size. Shipping to Yukon, the Northwest Territories, and Nunavut is much more expensive — roughly $25 to $64 — because of what the carriers charge to reach the North, not a markup on our end. Your exact rate is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Exchanges, not refunds

Our policy is simple and stated up front: we exchange, we don't refund. Unused items in their original, unopened condition can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt for another item of equal value (you cover any price difference and return shipping). We do not issue cash refunds for change-of-mind returns.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or installed items cannot be exchanged. This includes applied edge tape, opened grips, and used balls.

This does not affect your rights for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, which are always covered — see below.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@sola-spin.com within 7 days of receipt with a photo. We'll replace it at no cost.

How to request an exchange

Email hello@sola-spin.com with your order reference and the item you'd like instead. We'll reply with next steps.
